Rank Group announced a six percent increase in like-for-like net gaming revenue for the full year, alongside a regulatory agreement with the UK Gambling Commission. The operator of Grosvenor Casinos, Mecca Bingo and YoCasino released the trading update on 14 July 2026, confirming projected underlying profit of at least £76 million.
The company recorded group like-for-like net gaming revenue of £834.1 million, with fourth quarter revenue reaching £208.9 million. The full-year profit forecast includes a £5 million provision designated for the regulatory settlement. Chief executive Richard Harris stated, "Our expected profit outturn for the year reflects the progress we have made in executing our plan for growth, despite the significant cost and taxation headwinds that we have incurred during the year."
Regulatory Settlement Details
The Gambling Commission agreement resolves an investigation into the operating licence held by Grosvenor Casinos. Rank Group reported that the review addressed historical compliance failings and that remedial actions were substantially implemented during the first half of the 2025/26 financial year.
